Information about confirming your Winter reservation
If you made a reservation last winter and have not confirmed for this year, please confirm your reservation so we can best accommodate everyone that wishes to come to Maplelag this year. If you can not honor your reservation this year, please contact as well. If you made a reservation last winter and have not received a letter requesting a deposit, please contact us as soon as possible. Thanks!
High School Nordic Ski Camp
This is the second high school Nordic ski team camp at Maplelag that will run Saturday to Monday. The camps featuring ski racing, clinics, ski games and a great time for teambuilding. In the evening, clinic team member leaders conduct wax clinics and answer questions about training and nutrition. Contact Jay for more information about this event.
Trail Report
A wet weekend with almost 3.5″ of rain falling. Woods are damp for sure but still very much alive with Fall color. Trail work on hold the next few days but we should dry out and be back in action later this week.
New Mountain Bike Singletrack
This Fall we have been working on new mountain bike singletrack on the terrain the western trails are located. We have completed close to one mile and the plan is to make a 4-5 mile loop. This new singletrack will be another option for riding at Maplelag. We do not plan on using this in the existing course for the Laddies Loppet weekend but in the future plan on having a point to point race and this new singletrack will be part of the course for the point to point race.
