What are Maplelag Memberships?

We believe there is magic in all seasons at Maplelag. Memberships provide the opportunity for you to enjoy what the resort has to offer, year-round, while deepening the community connection of the Maplelag family.

Memberships come with more benefits than our old season passes, including: year-round trail access, sauna access, lake access, day passes to share with friends/family, gift certificates for our onsite Maplelag Shop and special member-only perks.

Maplelag Magic in all seasons….

What are the different membership options? How do I know which one is best for me?

We have three membership options —

Classic: for individuals and families.

Community: for groups and businesses; and

Legacy: for those who want to support Maplelag’s mission to inspire adventure, foster wellness and strengthen the bonds between people and nature for years to come.

Will Season Passes Still be Available?

Memberships will replace season passes. Maplelag Memberships are an annual program running November 1 through October 31 of each year. As a special perk to our loyal Maplelag Family, all 2026/2027 memberships purchased now will be active immediately and valid through October 31, 2027.

Will Day Passes Still Be Available?

Yes! Day passes for both adults and youth will continue to be available anytime of the year. Kids 10 and under are welcome to enjoy Maplelag for FREE with a parent or guardian. You can choose from either Winter or Summer Day Passes.

What’s Next for Maplelag?

We believe Maplelag is located in a special place and it’s our calling to share it with others. Our expansive multi-sport trail system is created on the belief that being immersed in nature brings out the best in all of us. We strive to provide outdoor themed experiences that give all guests a sense of comfort and belonging, leaving them feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

The loss of the main lodge in October 2022 forever changed us.

Although it was devastating in many ways, it provided us the opportunity to rebuild.

We’ve rebuilt many of the cabins — adding kitchens and renovating gathering spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms.

We’ve transformed the Brant Cabin into the Hygge — now serving as our main gathering space at the heart of the Maplelag.

We’ve rebuilt the Great Northern to host groups of all sizes.

While in the past we focused heavily on winter lodging, we’ve opened overnight lodging to guests year-round. We’re inspired and encouraged to see people explore the trails, play in the water and enjoy Maplelag in ways we never imagined.

We’ve added a second wood-burning sauna and seen the benefits of people enjoying the tradition of gathering in the sauna and taking a dip in Little Sugarbush Lake.

We’ve built new relationships with local and regional groups to bring special events to Maplelag.

With more exciting projects on the horizon, memberships are the next step in our journey to rebuild. —The Richards Family
