Mountain Bike Trail Report

Trails are open and riding well with beautiful Autumn scenery. This time of year riding generally better in the afternoon if it frosts/freezes at night and track might be greasy in spots, (ride corners or low areas wide or upside). Should be a great end of week and last weekend of dirt season coming up. Trails will be closing at dusk on November 2nd for firearm season.

Nice job everyone completing the LagChilada challenge this year. Less than a week left to complete the challenge!

Be aware trees/organic forest matter can fall at anytime and assume full responsibility when riding.

Maplelag trails can be described as as “old school” or classic style mountain biking.

For first time riders to Maplelag, a good beginner loop is the Citizen loop and Sukkerwest at the end of the driveway. A intermediate to advance loop is the Sport Comp Expert loop.
