Mountain Bike Trail Report

Trails are open. Riding about as good as it gets. Entire 25 LagChilada course cleared last Wednesday-Friday. Trails cleared Wednesday have a thin leaf covering otherwise the deck is providing perfect dirt with great sight lines and one of the best times of year to ride! Should be an awesome week to ride and great conditions for getting the LagChilada in before dirt season comes to an end early November.  We will be leaf clearing segments as needed later in the week.

Thanks everyone that came to “Maplelag Day” Saturday. A fantastic day of riding and we appreciate all the support with purchases of Maplelag Memberships

Nice job to the riders completing the LagChilada challenge this month….couple more weeks to complete the challenged before trails closed for deer hunting season…keep the wheels moving!

Be aware trees/organic forest matter can fall at anytime and assume full responsibility when riding.

Maplelag trails can be described as as “old school” or classic style mountain biking.

For first time riders to Maplelag, a good beginner loop is the Citizen loop and Sukkerwest at the end of the driveway. A intermediate to advance loop is the Sport Comp Expert loop. . Click here for more about the challenge

Thanks for the support of the Maplelag trails and maintenance.(Maplelag is privately family owned and operated resort with no outside funding. We are happy share the dirt and appreciate the support!)
