All 25 miles of mountain bike trails are open. Conditions about as good as it gets with primo “hero” dirt. Nice seeing all the riders out over the Holiday weekend and good work to everyone completing the LagChilada challenge. Warm weather the past few days has really brought the forest to life with leaves nearly full circle and the forest floor decorated with wildflowers. 

We have been leaf blowing on the entire course the past few weeks and touch up segments as needed and also try to clear any new deadfall as soon as possible but be aware trees/organic forest matter can fall at anytime and assume full responsibility when riding. 

For first time riders to Maplelag, a good beginner loop is the Citizen loop and Sukkerwest at the end of the driveway. A intermediate to advance loop is the Sport Comp Expert loop. The entire 25 LagChilada loop is open and all the LagChilada signs are out. Click here for more about the challenge!
