A very wet Tuesday with over 3″ of rain. Despite the heavy rain, the singletrack weathered and drained well and should be rideable in the afternoon. There will be some greasy and slick spots on the corners and low spots to watch out for.

We will continue with trail tuning, brushing out overgrown areas and dirt work to improve drainage, berms and corners and blowing out the trail when possible this week. Friday we blew out much of Bullhead Bootleg and all of the Hudson’s Hula loop on Twin Lakes singletrack.  

The woods have really filled out the past week with the leaves coming full circle and wild flowers popping up on the forest floor. We always try to clear any new deadfall right away but limbs, branches etc. can fall down at any time. As always, good seeing folks out and thanks for the support!
