Trail Report

We woke up to snow again this morning with 4″ falling and 2-3″ sticking to the ground. Pretty wet and sloppy but had to try packing out a small loop including the soccer fields and back bowl field. Skiing later was great fun, considering it was mid October!! The snow will melt off by the weekend and pretty sloppy to be in the woods otherwise. As soon as the trails dry up, we will resume the Fall trail work.

Trail Report

Felt like January early this morning with temp dropping down to 14 degrees!! Calm and clear conditions with sunshine….beautiful day in the woods. A little bit of snow left in the woods from Friday’s snowfall. Trails froze hard last night and many of the smaller ponds iced over as well. Good morning for Fall grooming as we prepare the trails for when the snow falls for real.

Trails are open for hiking, running, and biking but closed to motorized use and horse traffic.
