Ski Trail Report

Trails are open. Beautiful March skiing in place. No new snow overnight which will make for better skiing today. Today we we will be touching up select trails and possibly grooming more outer trails. As it stands snow, 30km of trail groomed. (20km classic 10km skate) Trails groomed for classic include Sap Run, Sukkerbusk, Rootin Tootin, Mother North Star, Twin Lakes, JibFly and North Loup.  Trails groomed for skate include Skaters Waltz, North Loup, the connectors to Bullhead Lake. As we slowly transition to spring skiing be aware of possible variable conditions mid day if sunny or temps near or above freezing this time of year but overall great late season skiing. Just Ski.

Lot of animals on the move and tons of tracks everywhere, especially on the inner trails. Eagles, grouse, porcupines, fox and pileated woodpeckers some of the wildlife sighted….keep your eyes open!

Lucky’s Loype and Bullhead trail are snow covered, no grooming and open for bushwhacking.
