Incredible morning for April 4th. Around an inch of new snow was groomed in on Skaters Waltz and North Loup. Temp below freezing before 10am but intense sunshine softening the snow. Still fantastic skiing for early April on the trails groomed this morning. Should cool down at dusk and skiing should be nice at sunset and very nice Tuesday morning. We are most likely done grooming North Loup for the year but the skiing should be good this week with proper timing. Hard to believe how much snow is in the woods when the fields and prairie are mostly snow free. Short section on Kamikaze hill burned out but otherwise the trails being groomed have complete full coverage. Has been a winter for the record books for sure, enjoying our 7th month on the calendar of skiing!
Total snowfall this season has been 94″. We are closed for the season for lodging but grooming select trails until the snow is completely gone. Trails will be open at no charge with no services available. If you are a non-season ticket holder, please call us in advance if you wish to ski. 218-375-4466 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
