Another rain shower moving through this morning with just under a half inch of rain. Regular rain showers keeping the woods and grounds green and lush. Overall, the summer has been slightly above precipitation at Maplelag but has been good conditions for trail work.
We have been busy on the ski and mountain bike trails mowing/brushing and constantly clearing deadfall and cutting/splitting firewood. A few storms and wind events this summer bringing down the usual amount of trees, no structural damage to any buildings.
The woods are very lush and green and vibrant with wildflowers.
