Bike Trail Report

Bike trails are open. The base has frozen down hard again and rolling good with a thin coating of snow on top of a smooth surface. Watch for a few icy spots here and there, mainly on the corners.

Once again we will plan to groom around 25km of trail for fat biking once we have meaningful snow. The main loops groomed are Bullhead Bootleg and Twin Lakes singletrack with inner segments to connect to make a “FatLagChilada”.

Ski Trail Report

A dusting of snow past 24 hours. Although it is not enough to groom or ski on, it’s great to have a coating of white on the trails. Temps have dropped below freezing and frost is setting the ground hard again. The lake has been making ice and thickness ranges from 6-8″.

The trails are open for hiking, biking, exploring and adventures! Latest bike trail report.

The current El NinÒ this season has not been kind for snow lovers and going down as one of the strongest on record based on some accounts. Click here for an article. Forecast does not look the best moving forward for snow but things can change quick and we are ready for more white to fall from the sky!

The lake is now ok for skating on the east side near Maplelag. Guests have been skating the past few days.

Season passes can be purchased on the products page.

Maplelag current conditions including data from the new Maplelag weather station can be found on the Weather page.
