Happy New Year!! Trails are coated with a thin layer of snow. Not open for skiing but open for hiking, biking, exploring and adventuring! Temps have been well below freezing and frost is setting the ground hard again. The lake has been making ice and thickness ranges from 6-9″. Guest have been skating on the lake.
Long term forecast looks good for the dry pattern to change and be snowy mid December until mid February! With the current conditions of the trails, it won’t take much to open for skiing.

Happy New Year!! Bike trails are open. Great seeing everyone out over the New Years weekend. The base has frozen down hard again and rolling good with a thin coating of snow on top, rider packed on top of a smooth surface. Watch for a few icy spots here and there, mainly on the corners.
Once again we will plan to groom around 25km of trail for fat biking once we have meaningful snow. The main loops groomed are Bullhead Bootleg and Twin Lakes singletrack with inner segments to connect to make a “FatLagChilada”.
