A beautiful morning on tap with trees frosted heavily with frost, calm winds, clear skies and mid teens for temps. The trails are holding up great despite any new snow since the Christmas storm. Frequent grooming keeping the trails in good shape and skiing is very nice. The only negative a few leaves here and there and other forest matter, thanks to the squirrels and porcupines which add to the nature experience. We are grooming most of the trail system this morning for Martin Luther King weekend skiing.
The weekend of January 29th-31st we are offering a special discount of 25% off to any new reservations made between now and January 29th. With full moon on January 30th, come to Maplelag to experience the beauty of moonlight skiing!!

Hard to top days like today on the trails. Middle teens for temps, sunshine and no wind with a little bit of frost falling from the trees. The trails are holding up great despite any new snow since the Christmas storm. Frequent grooming keeping the trails in good shape and skiing is very nice. The only negative a few leaves here and there and other forest matter, thanks to the squirrels and porcupines which add to the nature experience. Grooming this morning on Skaters Waltz, touching up the middle of the skate lane, and also Suicide Hill where a track was set on the side for “training”. We will groom most of the trail system on Thursday and Friday mornings for Martin Luther King weekend skiing.
