Ski Trail Report

Around 5km of trail open and groomed. Tuesday we groomed and added the east side segment “Sukkerbusk Return”. The groomed loop has a very thin base but solid after the melting and rain last week and subsequent freezing nights and days. Areas of ice but avoidable. The groomed loop begins behind the far freight house shop. Ski through the soccer field and access at the end going either direction on Skaters Waltz guided by the cones and grooming. We are ready to groom any snowfall over a half inch but will groom on the 5km one more time before the weekend. We do not recommend skiing on the trails not groomed with the hills being unpredictable.

Monday we packed Sukkerbusk, Twin Lakes, North Loup and Sap Run for patrol and potential future skiing purposes. These trails would also be used for the Lotvola Cup course we hope to hold short notice on March 3rd if more snow and favorable temperatures. Stay tuned!

Fat bike trails are open again. Latest fat bike trail report.

Please no walking on the ski or fat bike trails. Snowshoe trails are open for hiking and hiking possible on the far side of the ski trails.

Trail passes can be purchased on the products page.

Maplelag current conditions including data from the new Maplelag weather station can be found on the Weather page. Total snowfall since November 1st at 14″. Current snow depth is 1-3″ and compacted base on trails is 0-2″.
