Trails are open. A much welcomed rain shower this morning. Conditions had been very dry since the snow melted off and the frost went out. Just .12″ of precipitation but every bit helps! Surface conditions range from damp/loamy/tacky and dry. Looking at the forecast we should be dry again this afternoon.

We have blown out select segments on the inner trails, and will blow out more trail once underbrush comes up but generally the deck is rolling good for early season. Recommended loop is the “sport comp expert” loop and Feeling Lucky. Also Sukkerwest at end of driveway is a good starter/warm up loop. Season passes now available. Thanks for the support of the Maplelag trails and maintenance.
