Ski Trail Report

Select trails are now open for skiing thanks to nearly 10″ of snow the past 7 days and daily grooming. A nice weekend of skiing and reports from the skiers were good. Great seeing so many people out to enjoy the early season conditions.

Trails being groomed are Sukkerbusk, JibFly, Skaters Waltz and the big hill down to Bullhead lake. Tracks set on JibFly and Sukkerbusk. Skaters Waltz open for skating/freestyle. Sunday evening we also packed and set a track on Sap Run. Bit more rough on this trail. Monday we plan to pack more trail, probably will not be able to set a track but will be open for no track classic skiing. To preserve the deck, please skate on Skaters Waltz. We also plan to pack out North Loop and the extensions of Skaters Waltz this week for additional skating trail. These trails, especially North Loop, will be a bit more rough.

Winter operating plans include to operate for day skiing on the the ski, snowshoe and fat bike trails. (Trail maps posted here) Similar to the COVID season, there will be no services available. Parking in the far lot with portable bathrooms. No lodging or meal service. Starting Thanksgiving weekend we will have the Brant cabin available as a warming area with restrooms and sitting area and tables. There are no ski rentals available.

Ski trail season passes can be purchased on our website. (scroll down to bottom of page) Purchasing season pass helps with operating and maintenance costs to prepare the trails, equipment repairs to the grooming equipment and property taxes.

Select fat bike trails have been groomed and we will open Thanksgiving week as we need a bit more time to prepare the deck and put out signage.
