Norwegian Pancakes served every Saturday morning during the winter and most fall and spring weekends, featuring imported lingonberries, sour cream, pure maple syrup and farm sausage along with home made 7 grain hot cereal.

Tips of a pair of antique ski poles recently acquired for the collection of wood skis at Maplelag.
The poles were manufactured by the old Telmark Co. in Duluth. Few photos posted on the Wooden Ski site along with information about wood skis.
