Schumacher/Tangen Wedding May 28th and 29th, 2005

After a week of rain, it did not look good for a outside ceremony for the Schumacher/Tangen wedding. Sunday afternoon, however, turned out to be a beautiful day as folks were able to enjoy canoe trips on the lake, hiking on the trails and visiting outside. It did get a little nerve wracking as a cell moved from the northeast dropping rain and hail to the south. But right before the ceremony was to begin, the skies cleared and there was sunshine for the ceremony. One of the highligts of the weekend was the forming of the band "Agnes". The group had never played before but were all related in some way and named themselves after Grandmother Agnes. The bride and groom were also part of the band.
