McFarlin/Elbert Wedding.

The Elbert/McFarlin wedding marked the start of the Holiday season. The lodge was decorated nicely for the Holidays and there was even enough ice on the lake to do the plunge. We were hoping for enough snow for the wedding guests staying for the weekend to go skiing but everyone had a nice time visiting and enjoying the ametities of the lodge.

Meal of cranberry roasted beef brisket ready to be served. We have served over a 1000 pounds of brisket this fall. By far the favorite menu item.
